Currently seeking an individual to provide administrative support for our Condominium Managers to ensure the day-to-day operations of the properties runs smoothly. Experience in the field of property management is an asset. This position is full-time and may provide the opportunity to work towards a Property/Condominium Management position within the company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide Administrative support to the Condominium Manager
- Maintain and update files as necessary
- Prepare Correspondence as necessary
- Formulate and distribute letters
- Record meeting minutes as required
- Assist in resolving tenant issues
- Assist Condominium Manager with preparation and tracking of budget
- Provide additional assistance in resolving day-to-day issues as required
- Attendance and assistance of meetings
- Other duties/projects as required
Qualifications requirements include:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, professional, team oriented and flexible
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Condominium Manager courses a great asset but not required
