MadDeal is currently seeking one (1) Accounts Payable/Inside Admin for a permanent position in a busy and fast paced Markham based organization.This opportunity is scheduled to begin in April.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage All Merchant Payments
- Communicate with Merchants and Answer Questions
- Bank Reconciliation
- Government HST reporting
- Assisting with Support When Required
- Misc. Administration Support Tasks
Education and Experience
- Experience with Excel and Quickbooks Accounting Software
- 1-3 years accounts payable and general accounting experience
- Excellent Organizational Skills Mandatory
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy Required
- Must be tech savvy
- Good Communication Skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize;
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced-environment;
- The ability to understand and adhere to a system of internal controls;
