Pros: free trips, free education and bonuses
Cons: bullying, and childish tactics, management make working environment uncomfortable.
Working for this company has been a double edged sword. Lots of opportunities for advancement and self betterment. Students are wonderful. Challenges differ from day to day. Staff is great. Management is a bit bi-polar and tends to give way to unorganized deadlines and there is a lack of communication throughout. Often seeing bullying from management. – more...
