expect a high turnover rate, long hours and low moral. Working with large clients has benefits but all of the companies we work with are very looking for low risk projects and investments which makes it hard to create good creative.

A typical day would consist of tracking of each campaign budget and progress. Conducting weekly status meetings, and meeting with client stakeholders.

I learned a great deal in this role. What it takes to successfully delivery a good campaign, the amount of people involved, and how much work is required to launch a campaign.

The management team is very knowledgeable, and always very willing to teach and mentor. The people are very enthusiastic, and full of creative energy.

The hardest part of the job is remembering to track your time spent on each campaign. The most enjoyable is seeing the end result after having invested so much time and effort.

I was given numerous tasks to do in a small time frame. it was difficult at first but when explained thoroughly it was very doable. The hardest part was learning their technique and their program used for data entry.

work starts at 9 and most people are out by 5. the occasional late night needed, but work/life balance is good.

learned about following process and procedures to avoid problems in the future. Learned about all different roles in teh company and to network within.

management has some kinks to sort out in terms of direction, and leadership, but projects are not affected by this. It is mostllyl about culture and clear leadership.

co workers are for the most part amazing, understanding, sane, knowledgeable, caring, etc.

hardest part of the job is to follow protocol no matter what in order to ensure all "t"s are crossed and "i"s dotted. keeping up with financials can be a challenge.

the most enjoyable part is to have the support form the tech, creative, strategy, and account teams when needed. and to see a campaign completed properly and launched.
Pros
extra long weekends instead of summer hours. and beer cart on fridays, sometimes on thursdays too. experience with a top agency
