I would start early in the morning to prepare pastries, and hot beverages for morning commuters. I was taught the value of cleanliness and freshness in the food and beverage environment. I worked well with one other individual on site. My employer was outstanding, and still friends to date. The hardest part of the job was the smell of sweet goodness, temptation at it's finest. The best part of my job at the bakery was developing friendships and knowledge of the regulars. ie... What they take in their Coffee and/or Tea. The names of the Parking Ticket men...and the location.
