Our client, a progressive and supportive real estate management/development company, is looking for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to work as part of a team to ensure the highest level of service and profitability for their revenue producing properties.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working with commercial properties either as a property manager assistant or junior property manager
  • Excellent communication/customer service skills
  • Knowledge of budgets and reporting and understanding of financial data
  • Solid computer knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate Act

Along with the above, you must be customer oriented, trustworthy, willing to take thoughtful initiative and carry a forward thinking approach to your work.
