MTE Logistix, a growing company in the 3rd-party warehousing industry, is looking to add a Customer Service Manager to its existing team of professionals at its Edmonton branch. Join us where you will become the resident expert on managing our business to business client accounts, understanding their needs, delegating their daily account responsibilities to a team of Customer Service Representatives who will answer their questions, entering their orders into our warehouse management system and process them for the warehouse to pick and ship the product.
This individual should have a broad range of customer focused skills and interests, and be able to display a keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to lead a team is crucial. Candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities. Having some general knowledge of the warehousing industry and previous experience supervising a team is a strong asset.
Educational requirements include:
Certification in Business Administration is an asset
Knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
Previous data entry experience
Work experience desired includes:
5-7 years of experience in an office setting, working within a team.
Prior experience working as a team supervisor or manager
Knowledge of warehouse documents such as bills of lading and warehouse receipts.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
Excellent organizational skills, with good problem solving approach.
Inventory management, previous exposure to cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
Monday to Friday daytime office hours.
