Mature and reliable Office Manager/Executive Assistant required for small yet busy professional architectural firm near the By Ward Market. 3 to 5 years minimum previous experience required (in a professional (i.e. architectural or engineering) firm would be a definite asset). Candidate must be detail oriented & possess excellent organizational and time management skills to orchestrate all of the office operations that encompass this role, while providing daily administrative support to Principal and Staff. Above average proficiency & current knowledge of Sage 50 Simply Accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required. The required bookkeeping skills include accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense & payroll administration in line with a small business. All administrative tasks will require a strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Word, Power-point & Outlook. Skill-sets including client contract preparation & project coordination; preparing presentations & proposals are considered strong assets.
