We are looking for a part-time office manager/bookkeeper for a fast growing high tech startup in the greater toronto area.
The position will start off part-time but could easily grow in hours as the company grows.
Required experience in:
1) Bookkeeping, accounting, preferably in QuickBooks
2) Handle all AR/AP.
3) Scheduling meetings, and senior staff appointments.
4) Helping with weekly tasks on behalf of executives
5) Able to monitor a growing and remote staff of part-time employees, handle tracking hours, billing ..etc.
6) Working with board members, outside investors, and lawyers.
7) Setup and maintain a file system.
8) Some early phone support.
