We are a national facilities management company with many years experience within the industry and continues to grow

through its commitment, service and standards.

As the organisations Receptionist, you will play a fundamental role in supporting and coordinating the smooth running of

the organization on a day to day basis.

The successful applicant must:
- Have sound understanding and knowledge of current legal matters
- Maintain cost effectiveness of inventory for contracted sites and services for repairs
- Effectively manage company documentation and records
- Ensure IT programs and systems are updated and maintained
- Manage staff policies

The applicant must:
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Possess problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi task
- Be committed and focused
- Manage Time Exceptionally
- Hold intermediate/advanced IT Skills

Hours: 4 days per week, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: negotiable - based on experience and ability
