Position Overview As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the customer service of our clients, office administration, general bookkeeping functions, as well as other office support functions
Essential Job Functions
Have experience in phone reception and administrative support
Demonstrated skills in office procedures such as order entry, client records, invoicing and applications
Computer literate in Microsoft Office including spreadsheet applications. Knowledge of Simply Accounting an asset
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Have excellent multi-tasking capabilities
Support sales team with requests for samples, literature, quotes and other requests
Requirements
3+ years experience in customer service
3+ years administrative support experience
University degree or college diploma preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, efficient and able to multi-task
Computer and data entry skills
Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
