The Admin assistant is responsible for office phones, creating company reports, and general office administrative duties including data entry, filing, copying & scanning. This person will also provide assistance to departments & employees across the organization.

- You are a detail oriented team player, willing to assist others when needed.
- You have strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong phone skills.
- Advance Excel & Word knowledge.
- Experience with Filemaker Pro an assest.
- Answer phones.
- Generate daily reports.
- Assist with projects as needed.
- Strong computer skills required.
