The Admin assistant is responsible for office phones, creating company reports, and general office administrative duties including data entry, filing, copying & scanning. This person will also provide assistance to departments & employees across the organization.

Knowledge, Responsibilities, and Skills Required:

  • You are a proactive problem solver.
  • You handle distractions with ease.
  • You are a detail oriented team player, willing to assist others when needed.
  • You have strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong phone skills.
  • Advance Excel & Word knowledge.
  • Experience with Filemaker Pro an assest.
  • Answer phones.
  • Generate daily reports.
  • Assist with projects as needed.
  • Strong computer skills required.

Compensation: $14-15/hour
