As a temporary Office Coordinator you will be assisting the office by managing the front desk, as well as assisting the Property Management team with tenant applicant entries and work orders, and a variety of other administrative tasks.
If you have experience with front desk and answering calls and welcoming customers/tenants in a friendly, professional manner, as well as entering data into a database system (we use Info-Tracker) then we need you!
You need to be a quick-learner who is computer literate, that adapts quickly to this temporary position.
