good place to work

This job was very strenuous. The facilities were not set up to meet the demands of the job. My boss was a very kind man and worked very hard to try and keep his staff happy. He was a very good red seal chef and taught me so much. The most enjoyable part of this job was baking on the days when I didn't make the full meals for the dorm students at night. I was taught to make bread buns pastry's and deserts .I was left up to my own devices to make what ever I wanted.
