Although this job was a call centre, it was more enjoyable than would be expected, for a short time. I worked here for 1 year and 9 months, and by the end of this time, I grew frustrated with the job and found a new one. As expected, it involves shift work, irate customers, and shotty management. The management pretends to listen to suggestions and ideas to improve the general morale of the company, and then does whatever they want. The unfortunate part was that it was a Customer Service company outsourced by the airline, meaning we, as the "face" of the company, had zero say in the choices the airline would make, but would be forced to try and justify these changes to customers. Again, as call centres go, this was not a bad one to work at, I just couldn't see how anyone could work there for many years.
