Lucas Professional Search Group is currently assisting a client in their search for a Facilities Manager in Mississauga, Ontario.
Responsibilities and qualifications include:
- 5 - 10 years experience in Logistics
- responsible for running the facility in a smooth and safe way with attention to quality, teamwork and
- oversee three supervisors
- knowledge of reporting productivity, quality and safety
- must be familiar and comfortable to be a hands on manager
- experience in a unionized workplace would be beneficial
- effective decision making and problem solving skills
- ability to work as a team and independently as the position reports to an off-site manager
- good communication skills with both internal and external customers
- previous experience in a supervisory role
- ability to work flexible hours as required
