Renovate mobile home that was fire damaged. Clean up damaged areas. Re- level the whole mobile home from one end to the other. Re-build as required the walls and ceiling damaged. Remove old insulation from the entire ceiling and replace with new pink insulation. Re-seal vabour barrior and install new pine wood ceiling boards. Work with electrician while he is finishing new wiring required. Install new doors, windows, wall paneling, ceilng boards and base boards. Wash down all undamaged walls and cabinets. Smoke oder Seal and re-paint entire home as required except cabinets. Jack away excisting outside deck and re-build skirting as original that was damaged. Put back Deck and re-level. This mobile home is still heated and connected to power, water and sewer. . 10% Bonus paid for all work completed well, finished on schedule at the end of contract.
