We are now looking for a HR Manager to manage the HR functions and activities of our highly seasonal yet growing year round business including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, training and development, and health and safety.
This is a part time position (averaging 20-24 hrs per week) ideal for someone who has led and managed the HR function before and wants to work for an exceptional company at the leading edge of their industry.
Our ideal candidate has a degree and more than 7 years of experience as an HR practitioner and at least 3 years managing with exceptional communication and organizational skills and strong computer skills. Previous experience in agriculture is highly valued as well. You must be able to:
- Build and administer programs that develop organizational and individual capacity,
- Grow relationships with management peers and employees, and
- Support and coach managers through the various challenges that arise
We have a multicultural team, so a second language is an asset. CHRP is appreciated.
