My years of experience has given me many transferable skills applicable to a variety of positions. My experience is in a hospital setting, however, patients are clients and the expectations are the same. Only the reason is different. I may be eligible for Wage Subsidy, which would help offset the training period.
Having acquired leadership, organizational and management skills through years of experience, I understand the importance of maintaining group co-operation and effective interaction with my peers and superiors. I am committed to team effort and to providing professional, quality work.
