Position: Customer Care Representative – Full Time
Shift: Afternoons: Monday and Friday (2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.)
Weekends: Saturdays 12:00 pm – 6:00pm (every 3rd Saturday only)
Reports to: Manager, Customer Care

Job Overview:
The Customer Care Representative provides exceptional customer service and provides follow-up when needed. This position is responsible for taking orders, processing orders, receiving and responding to customer inquiries, complaints and/or requests. The incumbent will always perform and provide the highest level of courteous customer relations. Company policies and procedures provide guidance in performing job duties.


  • Build external customer relations
  • Initiate customer contact and follow up on service
  • Respond to and resolve problems arising in catering orders and/or delivery by both

telephone and e-mail

  • Coordinate activities with other internal departments
  • Ensure exceptional level of customer service is provided each and every time
  • Resolve customer concerns and give feedback on suggestions
  • Support special projects as required

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • 3-5 years of industry and/or Customer Service experience
  • Post secondary education
  • Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing a high level of

customer service

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Longo’s & Grocery Gateway
  • Ability to work various shifts based on business needs
  • A clean record of performance with no performance issues in the last 2 years.
