Pros: You can make money for working.
Cons: Pretty much everything.
I have worked at many different places and this is by far the worst. They say family owned businesses are better than corporate ones, well that is totally false! This company is the most racist place I have ever worked at. First off, management is horrible, and unless you are a pretty, young girl, do not expect to be treated nicely. I have seen incompetent female workers come into this company, and get special treatment on numerous occasions, while hard working males of non-Italian decent, get treated with the most disrespect. For a company who "prides" itself on treating their employees as family, they sure have done a lousy job upholding that. Never have I once called in sick, I always showed up on time and in uniform and give 110% every shift; yet, certain Italians and females who have been late numerous times, called in "sick" on a regular basis, and have come into work without full uniform, still somehow receive better appraisals.
