Long View is seeking a Client Services Manager to join our Edmonton team who is responsible to ensure that the level of service delivery at his/her assigned clients is at a superior level. In addition, the individual will be accountable for people & performance management, service level management, and client & team communication.

What You’ll Bring
University degree in Commerce and/or Business Studies
At least 5 years of management experience
At least 10 years of professional experience in a client service or consulting environment
Proven ability to develop and realize practice plans within a business unit environment
Previous experience in IT Operations, Support, and Project Management
Demonstrated ability to lead a technical team
Experience managing customer and vendor relationships
Superior interpersonal and communication skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
