Customer Service Representative, Woodbridge, ON - 19 December 2017
There's no room for advancement, the company is very poorly managed and disorganized, and you're forced to deal with horrible customers all day. On top of that, the pay is deplorable (not even enough to live on) and the so-called employee benefits package is laughable to say the least. The hardest part of the job is finding the will to want to come into work every day and most days, you question whether the meager paycheck (as in no direct deposit because this company has remained in the Stone Age) is even worth it. On top of all of that, there are some seriously shady business dealings that take place in this company, which I can't even get into due to lack of time and space.
