Looking for an individual to work for a professional locksmith firm in North York, ON
Position: Office administrator, Dispatcher, Sales/account manager
Duties: Processing invoices, Working with quick books and Microsoft Office, Answering calls and inputting customers needs into dispatching software, Dispatching technicians to work sites, Maintaining existing account and Generating new leads, cold calling, Customer service, Posting ad's on classified websites (kijiji, craigs list, etc..). General Office needs
Hours: Must be available to work Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and night shifts if required.
Marketing and Sales background is an advantage.
Must be fluent in English. French would be an advantage.
