We are a digital media technology and brand developer seeking experienced and successful individuals with previous sales experience to represent our advertising products in the Burlington/Oakville/Mississauga/Brampton regions. (Other territories available; please respond specifying where you are located if out of the area). The successful applicant will be supported with a base salary plus commission and bonus based on achieving minimum monthly sales volumes within the assigned market. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced media sales consultants or phone pros to move to a higher paying outside sales position.
The successful applicant should possess:

1. A Minimum 2 full years sales or telemarketing, telesales, telephone appointment setting experience. Experience with digital only ad products is a definite advantage.

2.The ability and focus to work independently on the telephone from your home office for booking your own appointments with the balance spent on outside sales calls.

3. The ability to work the phone. Your time is too valuable and the cost too great to waste time canvassing door to door or calling on unqualified prospects. You’ll need to hyper-qualify prospects to insure you achieve the required number of appointments to close the required number of sales.

4. The ability to achieve pre-set sales targets.

5. The ability and skill to hit the ground running.

6. A reliable vehicle, a laptop—tablet preferred—a smart phone—iPhone or Android preferred.

7. Good references. We’ll ask and follow up.

8. Fluent in English

We already have the ability to develop, design and launch new products very quickly and cost effectively. We are excited about what we’ve done and what’s in our pipeline. What we need are people who can sell. People who understand there is more money to be made and more future advancement available to those who possess the ability to move product.

You’ll work closely with the owners and founders of the company and, if successful, will be rewarded with trips, advancement and potential equity.
