Reporting to the owner you will be responsible for the general supervision of all phases of the plant operation and building maintenance. Manage the activities of the production team including; production, quality control, maintenance, health & safety, receiving and shipping.

  • Oversee and provide leadership for the overall production process
  • Through production meetings plans and executes production schedule
  • Review product consistency while monitoring trends and areas of improvement
  • Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing production performance, job cost analysis, forms of control, & personnel requirements
  • Manage fixed assets, turnover and inventory control
  • Facilitate, communicate and troubleshoot with the sales & finance teams to ensure the highest standards are maintained for our clients
  • Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production workflow including floor plan layout
  • Broad understanding of safety systems adheres and enforces the health and safety policy
  • Ability to work with the team and lead decision-making processes
  • Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment and general building upkeep


  • Five (5) years of experience including best practices in both managerial and production platforms
  • Previous experience and strong understand of financial and accounting practices as it pertains to production
  • Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrate understanding of principles and applications associated with production operations and maintenance
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, highly motivated, results oriented, and driven
