Hamilton area Builder/Developer seeking full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team. Being the first point of contact, a professional office mannerism and presentation are essential.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong computer skills (MS Office) Word & Excel with the ability to pick up new systems/programs quickly.
- Strong organization, communication and multitasking skills.
- Receiving, directing and relaying telephone calls/messages/emails.
- Greeting and directing incoming clients.
- Managing filing system and general correspondence.
- Processing/filing applications and documents from agencies, utilities, consultants and trades/suppliers.
- Assisting with Administrative needs (i.e. Presentation, Spreadsheets maintenance, Word documents, etc).
- Maintaining the appearance and order of the front office and ensuring needed
Supplies /materials are stocked and available.
