This role will support the implementation of technology solutions in support of the transformation program for Brands. This role will support the implementation of LBL business processes and tools.

Accountabilities:
Deliver formal training courses to end users. Update and maintain training content, incorporating feedback from users on learning requirements
Supports users of the systems and tools through mentoring and training.
Collaborate with Loblaw Learning Centre to create training content and ensure it meets corporate standards
Create communication and instructional material for vendors and internal users
Support resolution of user and technical issues
Conduct structured user workshops as required
Analyze processes and system usage to ensure that efficient use of the systems is occurring
Work with IT Solution Delivery Group, internal users, and external vendor community to facilitate requirements definition and execution of business systems
Performs user acceptance testing for systems enhancements
Prepare communication and training content for vendors and internal users.
Write and maintain documentation, procedures and instructions.
Understand how the existing tool-set supports the different segments of the product development process.
Analyze, specify, and assist in the design of all business applications.

Role Requirements:

University or College degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science or related discipline
3-5 years’ experience in a related role
Previous experience in project management a definite asset
Superior organization and planning skills
Ability to define and scope unstructured work
Readiness to learn and apply out-of-the-box thinking
Good time-management skills
Strong technical skills (Excel, Word, Access. etc)
Team Player
Ability to deal professionally with all levels of company and external partners
