Core business is OK. Not so everything else
Executive (Former Employee), LondonNovember 7, 2014
Pros: free lunch, good life balance, decent salary
Cons: weak leadership and even weaker management
The output of surveyors, engineers and technical staff is excellent.
Everything else, from HR to IT, from payroll to communication is a disaster for a company of this size and nature.
Management appears to be more interested in creating an impression, than in understanding the real needs of business and staff. Behind the image, there is disorganization – more... and chaos.
I would not recommend joining this company in a business support role. – less
