We are seeking a full-time customer service oriented, multi-tasking, individual to join our team.
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries via phone, email or in person
Coordinate and confirm staff/client schedules
Handle and document prospective client inquiries regarding requests for care and service
Prepare and mail and/or email information packages to prospective clients
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take messages as required
Prepare letters, faxes, emails, reports
Prepare client contracts
Photocopying, scanning and faxing documents
Maintain filing system (paper and electronic)
Assist with mailing of quarterly newsletter to potential customers and referral sources
Assist with franchising efforts by emailing and mailing information packages
Assist franchisees with respect to hiring, scheduling and coordinating.
Assist in recruitment activities such as screening, interviews, reference checks, contracts, on-boarding of employees.
Handle grievances, investigate complaints and resolve issues.
Assist in HR related administrative functions such as preparing caregiver contracts and hiring documents and HRIS updates.
Assist with marketing projects
A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in health care environment.
Ability to provide high quality of customer service in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
Flexible, positive and a self starter.
Driver's license and/or access to car as asset.
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Demonstrated proficiency in using MS Office, including MS Outlook
Training will be provided
Must be available for training during regular business hours.
Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration
High School Diploma
