Working 15 hrs. a day is unreasonable and probably illegal; not to mention care for a disabled child. I hope this is not 7 days a week! Doesn't employment standards require that you get 11 consecutive hours free from work between shifts? I am Canadian and for the first time, am considering a live in caregiver position. This is not very encouraging and I hope it is not the norm for live in caregivers.
