F/T position at busy audiology practice (M-F, 9-5). Customer care is of the utmost importance. Previous knowledge in the hearing industry an asset.
Duties include greeting patients, answering phones and scheduling patient appointments, assisting clinicians, handling correspondence, receiving and processing hearing aid orders and repairs, performing cleaning and minor repairs to hearing aids, file management, database management, record keeping and statistics, housekeeping duties.
A friendly, patient personality is a MUST with older clientele, along with an excellent work ethic, and good written and verbal skills. Must be punctual, organized, able to multi-task, able to work in a fast paced industry, and able to prioritize duties. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be bonded and have a valid MB driver's licence. May be asked to work in different locations if necessary.
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office a MUST. Knowledge of Microsoft Access an asset. Knowledge of multi-line digital phone systems and IP phones an asset.
