Linking Generations is a Sherwood Park based charitable organization that offers a structured, mentored program for seniors and youth. Our programs encourage a quality exchange of knowledge, skills, and life experiences between generations. The Executive Director operates from a home-based office with a varied time commitment, which could potentially lead to full-time.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you are accountable for the overall operation of the Linking Generations Programs including all fundraising and financial management responsibilities. You will be dealing with all aspects of operating a charitable organization including government reporting.
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Fund development and financial management skills including proposal/grant writing
- Superior leadership, well-developed organizational, computer, and presentation skills
- Professional attitude, team orientation, ability to lead, mentor, and supervise staff
