-The main responsibility is to manage, lead and supervise all cashiers to ensure a professional and courteous environment in order to achieve customer satisfaction at all times and to maximize the store potential.
- To ensure all floats are balanced at the beginning and end of each day.
- Responsible for the integrity of the cash and ensuring that there is no sweet hearting and no theft of any kind.
-To coach cashiers on a daily basis, to implement training and development strategies for performance improvement.
-Hand out promotional materials when required and ensure all cahiers follow suit.
-Scheduling of the cashiers in accordance with the budget of hours.
-Communicating with the Store Manager regarding any issues or conflict involving the cashiers.
-Respecting the Linen Chest dress code (Professional attire).
-Solid knowledge of cash procedures.
-Excellent leadership & organizational skills.
-Dynamic and very good communicator.

-Able to provide excellent customer service.

-Flexibility to work weekends & mall hours (must be in for flyers and special events).
