We are looking for a talented and passionate Brand Delivery & Operations Manager to become part of the Victoria’s Secret team who will deliver legendary customer experiences at our Bayshore Shopping Centre location.
The Brand Delivery & Operations Manager provides leadership that drives total store results with specific ownership for the operations of the store including financial controllables, workforce management, staffing, product lifecycle, merchandise presentation, and cash wrap.
- Delivers a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth
- Serves on Sales Leadership Team and is responsible for total store results
- Ensures compelling visual merchandising presentation standards are achieved and maintained, including identifying and driving sell down strategies
- Drives brand guide planning and execution process in the partnership of category managers
- Owns payroll budget, target wage rate, and other controllable expenses
- Owns the customer experience at and operations of the cash wrap selling zone
- Relevant apparel retail management experience
- Demonstrates ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
- Demonstrates ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrates ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performance
- Demonstrates business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills
- Previous high volume experience preferred
