Material Handling Group is seeking Reception/Office Assistant for busy front office.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Professional telephone answering skills, incoming and outgoing mail, filing various documents,
knowledge in creating and updating spread sheets, ordering and recording keeping of office supplies.
Must have basic accounting knowledge in A/R for writing up bank deposits and posting payments to
customer accounts, and using the POS machine.
Required skills for this postion are proficient in excel, attention to detail with accurate results,
organized, able to meet deadlines when required, and assist with other departments.
