Lids is looking for a responsible, self motivated fast learning individual who can be a leader and a team player! Lids union station is looking for a new assistant store manager. There is always growth potential at lids so if you already enjoy retail this Is the place to evolve and make a career out of it.

Ability to manage a staff of 3-7 employees
Ensuring your team deliver good customer service
Meeting operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high retail standards.
Motivating staff
Dealing with inquiries and complaints
Serving customers
Effective store merchandising
Recruiting, developing and retaining staff
Helping organize promotions
Managing deliveries from suppliers
Experience meeting sales quotas
Open availability or flexible (25-40 hours)
Background check
Customer service experience (1-2years min)
Two references at least (employers no friends or family)
