Horrible. Liars and passive aggressive management. Leaders willing to turn on a dime and not back up their teams. Favourites are everything and everywhere. Hard work not recognized. Constantly caught in the middle of executives power play. Lots of shady dealings that no one talks about but are as plain as day. We treat contactors like second rate citizens but consultants are king. Level of knowledge and experience of people leaders sad. HR is passive aggressive. Shared services is lost. IT thinks it's a consulting firm and I should more interested in cherry picking projects than getting shot done. Head office has no depth of talent and is running blind.

Growing Company with Great Potential

Growing company with a lot of opportunities for employees to develop their knowledge and skills. Good compensation with great employee benefits. Great place to work for individuals interested in retirement savings. Excellent social committee with plenty of events including three summer BBQ's and a company picnic. Very robust and thorough employee onboarding program featuring a sit down session with the executive team as they go over the history and vision of the company. The company is very environmentally friendly and does a great job enabling employees to contribute to charities and the community.

The culture is still not defined as it still feels like two separate companies working under one umbrella. There could be better communication between different departments.

All the social events and investment made into the employees is much appreciated. Creating a happy and healthy corporate culture will help drive up overall employee satisfaction.

management trying to take over my job. Job security issues makes me nervous. Unnecessary harassment at work by my manager

Free pop, coffee and tea, overall staff is great, Top leadership is great, IT team is great to work with
Cons
Extended hours, No overtimepay...taking time in lieu can be very difficult, working from home is no longer allowed, job security is no longer there, Salary increment % very low. Increments not based on merit but rather to kiss ups
