A ship without a captain
Coordinator (Former Employee), Londonderry, NHSeptember 2, 2014
It is a company where you get ahead not by what you know but who you know. Ownership is out of Canada and although they preach family values working for President I only once met the owner and he was arrogant. They are only interested in acquiring new utilities and do not care that the systems they have inplace do not work.constantly doing work arounds. – more... Many of the employees work 50 - 60 hours a week and it is expected. Always available because each employee has a blackberry. Very hard to "disconnect" for a weekend. – less

Frustration at its best
former manager (Former Employee), Londonderry, NHAugust 1, 2014
Pros: good hardworking people
Cons: leadership, process, management
No leadership. Corporate in Canada is chocking the life out of this company. Everyone is a temp. Get rid of CEO and put a real businessman in place. Good people leaving in droves.

ACCOUNTING CLERK (Former Employee), Jackson, MOAugust 24, 2013
I ENJOYED MY JOB, HOWEVER I AM LOOKING FOR A CAREER
AND THIS WAS WORKING FOR A TEMP AGENCY WITH NO CHANCE OF BEING A PART OF THE COMPANY.

A GOOD PLACE TO WORK...SLOW PACED...NOT MUCH SUPERVISION
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/SUPERINTENDENT/INSPECTOR (Former Employee), Goodyear, AZJanuary 5, 2013
Pros: free to immplement my own work ethic and stay ahead of the contractors.
Cons: many slow days due to recession in the home building.
REVIEW WORK OF CONTRACTORS AND SUGGEST CHANGES TO COMPLY WITH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

MANAGEMENT NOT INVOLVED IN NEW CONSTRUCTION,

CO WORKERS ARE AVERAGE.

JOB WAS EASY FOR ME DUE TO MY EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE.

HARDEST PART WAS GETTING MANAGEMENT TO UNDERSTAND THE WORK AND THE REASON FOR QUALITY WORK.

PAY WAS COMPARABLE FOR JOBS WITH OTHER COMPANIES – more... IN THE AREA. – less
