Job Functions:

  • Configuration, setup and installation of software and hardware with direction from the company's standards
  • Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves level one software, hardware, and network issues
  • Provides end-user phone support on a variety of issues ranging from software applications to hardware
  • Works well as part of a team, and interacts well with respect to individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands
  • All other tasks as assigned by IT System Administrator


  • College Diploma, and/or relative job experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, meet multiple deadlines
  • Can legally work in Canada


  • Travel to other restaurants/club locations in Toronto may be required to assist on any technical issues
