The hardest part of my job is to convince the consumer at a store level to change over to my brand. The key driver for me would be to show the customer the benefits of using my product over a competitors product. – less

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee), Rancho Cucamonga, CA – January 10, 2013
Pros: creativity encouraged
Cons: no value placed on workers
LG was a great place to work in terms of "busy" work and being able to utilize your own ideas in how to effectively work with the product and with others, It was, however, not the best place to work if you are hoping to advance from the position you were initially hired in to perhaps a position of management.
