Sales Executive Opportunity
Leading Public Transit SMS provider seeks an Advertising Sales Executive to market advertising on the SMS text message arrival system in Vancouver. Mobile advertising is a rapidly growing segment in the advertising industry.
Advertising sales experience is a prerequisite. Mobile marketing an asset.
Excellent compensation package for self-starter.
The candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Advertising outside sales experience
- Self motivated
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Strong Communications and writing skills
- Candidate must have reliable transportation, home office, computer and cell phone
- Ability to confidently articulate ad opportunities to prospects/clients
- Identify business opportunities and meet with decision makers to obtain client commitment
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts
- Analyze client needs and target demographics, etc.
- Responsible for establishing new relationships with accounts
- Outside Sales - Scheduling appointments & cold calling
- Conducting professional sales presentations
- Ability to close accounts during presentations
- Maintain Regular contact with established accounts Maintaining detailed call records - submitted on a weekly basis
This is a salary base plus commission position.
