Covering a wide territory and being continuously pushed to do more calls. Micromanaged.Having to take second seat to employees who are the pets of the boss. Efforts and achievements are not acknowledged but the rules of the game change continuous,y for the worse. Losing good accounts and having to reach quota by selling to smaller and less loyal accounts.To be used as a last resort and be gotten into without great expectations-workforce is continuously trimmed as we speak!
You can use it as a springboard to something better
Backstabbing, constant criticism, losing good accounts to the pets of the boss!
