Position Description/Company Info:
Responsible for efficiently and effectively performing the duties of any role within the warehouse as described by the Warehouse Team Leader
Maintains effective relationship with all other members of the Warehouse team, Customer Service team, Sales staff, Purchasing, Marketing, and Finance.
Expedite the delivery of orders, tracks order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems
Ensure escalation process is adhered to in order to resolve complex queries with Team Lead.
Required to work overtime when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
Proficient in both written and oral communication, and organization skills.
Strong sense of urgency and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects at once while remaining detail-oriented.
Demonstrated teamwork skills and experience
Knowledge and ability to use warehouse related equipment including but not limited to RF technology is required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be available for overtime as required.
High School Diploma - mandatory
Completion of post-secondary education would be an asset
Minimum of three to five years in a Warehouse environment.
Previous experience using an MRP system is required
Previous experience using DataWorks would be considered an asset.
