Constituency Assistant, Fredericton, NB - 14 September 2017
My position as constituency office assistant required interaction with government officials to assist clients with problems they were encountering. A relationship was developed both with key government officials and clients throughout my years on the job. I learned a great deal about government programs and became very familiar with problems the most vulnerable citizens were dealing with in the riding. The hardest part of the job would be having to tell the client that the MLA was unable to help them. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to solve a client's problem that would mean a tremendous positive effect in their life.
