Le Chateau Inc. is a specialty retailer offering apparel, accessories and footwear for men and women. During the fiscal year ended January 31, 2009, the Company’s brand merchandise is sold exclusively through its 221 retail locations, of which 217 are located in Canada and four in the New York City area. In addition, the Company has nine stores – more... under license in the Middle East. The Company leases store locations both in shopping malls and in downtown areas. As of January 31, 2009, the Company opened 12 new stores and renovated 17 existing stores.
