demanding environment with disconnected management
Operations (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 7 April 2015
the place is fine for somebody in business development with good network of contacts - account managers in commercial banking or real estate financing. these people are bringing the bank money and the only ones who are appreciated. admin and operations personal is working very hard but, in my opinion, is not being compensated enough. bank is very Quebec centred, it's hard to get a managerial position if you are not fully bi-lingual
Consultant (Former Employee) – Newmarket, ON – 10 February 2015
Build a new client database, by eliciting information from external clients and creating a report for the PM. enjoyed communicating with clients and obtaining the information required in support of building the database. Enjoyed working from home and having a home/work life balance.
