Good place to work,Lacks communication between departments, outdated Technology
Personal Banking Advisor (Current Employee), MontrĂ©al, QCOctober 30, 2012
Pros: commissioned, unionized, closed weekends
Cons: long hours
Good place to work, however, the tools and Technology available to employees needs to be improved. Management sometimes seems to be disconnected from the retail reality.
