Sinking Ship due to bad Management

When I started with the company in 2013, it had a great work culture, Safety conscious employees and the Management actually seemed to care about the employee. By late 2015 with the introduction of Engineering Management running the firm, the work culture had become depressing, Safety of the employees was not a concern as money was more important, Management communication was very poor and senior Engineering Management became very egotistical, I left the company in May 2016 as the decline of the company due to poor management was evident and it was better to get off the sinking ship then go down with it.
