::LAUNCH! is seeking an Entry Level Bilingual Call Centre Agent (Marketing Agency). In this role, we are looking for an individual to answer our field reps general questions & concerns in a low-volume call centre environment while working in a team of 3-5 people.

The ideal candidate:

- Is capable of reading, writing and fluently speaking both English and French.
- Has some experience working in customer service
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Magnetic / outgoing personality
- Basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel, Internet Explorer)
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods of time at a work space
- Has weekend availability

If Hired:

- Candidate would be working within our support team, taking employee inbound calls.
- Weekend / afternoon work required
- Position starts early to mid-February
