The Field Manager (Sales) will report directly to the Manager of Canvassing & Events, and will be responsible for a team of lead generation representatives conducting door-to-door appointment setting for prospective residential window customers.
Must Have Skills:
- prior sales experience in a commission-based OR call center OR door-to-door environment.
- prior team management experience of at least 5 directly reporting employees.
- proven computer skills using Microsoft Office suite, email and the internet.
- proven HR skills that include hiring, training and team leadership.
- coaching and developing skills, to support staff
- valid drivers license and personal vehicle
Formal education is preferred but not required.
Base salary plus commission/bonuses directly tied to overall team performance with no cap. This is a salaried, work-from-home-office environment in the Hamilton area. No relocation assistance.
