My client is seeking to add to the team staff member to be the Patient Care/Hygiene Coordinator and run the front desk of this very busy dental practice in Markham.
You MUST have 2-3 years previous experience working in a DENTAL office and have high level of proficiency in using the ABELdent Dental software. To be successful in this position, YOU must be able to do the following:
scheduling patients in ABELdent
patient re-care using ABELdent
recall program using ABELdent
activation program using ABELdent
submit claims in ABELdent to the insurance company
prepare manual claims
patient education on "soft tissue management"
follow-up on claims
manage the reception area
greet patients and ensure that the patient has had a GREAT treatment experience
Schedule patient appointments to meet daily and weekly practice goals, handles patient finances, maintains patient records and coordinates patient flow.
Promote a safe, pleasant, and harmonious environment for staff, doctor, and patients. Directly contributes to the success and profitability of the office through effective appointment scheduling, accounts collections and outstanding patient service.
